Methodology: near-misses are queries with average position 8–20 and at least 5 impressions, ranked by impressions × (21 − position) / 13. When there are fewer than 5, queries at positions 21–40 are listed as “on the radar”. Sites with under 5,000 impressions in the range use a 5-impression floor. Low-CTR pages need 200+ impressions, position ≤ 15, and CTR under half a rough expected CTR curve. Clicks within reach sum max(0, impressions × 7.3% − clicks) over near-misses, rounded to the nearest 10 above 50 — a directional estimate, not a forecast.
