Terms of Service

Last updated: July 15, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Blogizi (“Blogizi”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), operated by ByteMind, SIA, including the website at https://blogizi.com (the “Website”), the dashboard, hosted blogs, APIs, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

By creating an account, accessing the Service, or clicking to accept these Terms where offered, you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Description of the Service

Blogizi is an AI-assisted blogging platform for developers. It lets you connect a project, publish blog posts to a hosted blog (for example at [slug].app.blogizi.com or on your own domain), and manage SEO settings such as sitemaps, canonical URLs, Open Graph images, favicons, and themes.

Blog posts are typically created and published through your own tooling (such as a CLI) using an account API key. Blogizi hosts and serves the published content; AI drafting is performed through your own third-party AI subscription (for example Claude or Codex), not by Blogizi directly.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. By using Blogizi, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you will comply with these Terms and all applicable laws.

3. Accounts and Authentication

To use most features, you must create an account. We support sign-in via Google OAuth and email magic links sent through our email provider (Resend).

You are responsible for:

  • Keeping your account credentials and API keys confidential
  • All activity that occurs under your account or API keys
  • Notifying us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a security risk.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features require a paid subscription. Payments are processed by Creem. By subscribing, you authorize Creem to charge your payment method on a recurring basis according to the plan you select until you cancel.

Prices are shown on the Website in USD unless stated otherwise. Taxes may apply depending on your location. Subscription access is managed through your Creem customer account; you may cancel or update billing through the Creem customer portal where available.

Unless required by applicable law, fees are non-refundable once a billing period has started. If you cancel, you retain access until the end of the current paid period, after which paid features may be revoked.

We may change pricing or plans with reasonable notice. Continued use after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new price for subsequent billing periods.

5. Projects, Content, and API Access

When you create a project, you may provide information such as a project name, blog URL slug, app domain, GitHub repository URL, branch name, blog posts, images, SEO metadata, and social links.

You retain ownership of content you submit (“User Content”). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute User Content solely as needed to operate and improve the Service (for example, serving your public blog, generating sitemaps, and creating Open Graph images).

Each account receives an API key for authenticated requests (such as publishing posts from your CLI). You must not share API keys publicly or use them in client-side code. You may regenerate keys from the dashboard if a key is compromised.

You are solely responsible for User Content and for ensuring you have all rights needed to publish it, including any code excerpts, trademarks, or third-party material included in posts.

6. Custom Domains and Path Routing

Blogizi supports publishing on a free Blogizi subdomain and, on paid plans, on your own custom domain (via DNS CNAME) or via path routing on your existing domain (for example yourapp.com/blog) using a reverse proxy you configure (Vercel rewrites, Cloudflare Worker, Nginx, Caddy, or similar).

You are responsible for DNS records, SSL certificates on your domain, and reverse-proxy configuration. We register connected custom domains with our hosting provider (Vercel) where applicable, but we do not guarantee DNS propagation times or uninterrupted domain connectivity.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes
  • Publish content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of third parties
  • Upload malware, spam, or content that promotes illegal activity, hate, or violence
  • Attempt to probe, scan, or compromise the security of the Service or other users' accounts
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the Service except through documented APIs within reasonable rate limits
  • Resell or white-label the Service without our prior written consent

We may remove content or suspend access if we reasonably believe you have violated these rules.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party providers, including but not limited to:

  • Creem (payments)
  • Google (OAuth sign-in)
  • Resend (transactional email)
  • MongoDB Atlas (data storage)
  • Vercel (hosting and custom domain management)
  • Cloudflare R2 (image storage)
  • Plausible (privacy-friendly analytics on the main Website)
  • Your own AI providers and GitHub (used outside Blogizi through your CLI or local tooling)

Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party outages, pricing changes, or data handling outside our control.

9. Analytics

Blogizi provides first-party analytics for your public blog (page views, referrers, countries, browsers, and similar metrics). The main Blogizi marketing site may use Plausible Analytics. Analytics data is used to show you dashboard statistics and to improve the Service.

10. Intellectual Property

Blogizi, including the Website, software, design, branding, and documentation, is owned by ByteMind, SIA and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or the Service except the limited right to use it as described here.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that your blog will achieve any particular search ranking, traffic, or revenue outcome. SEO features assist technical setup; results depend on many factors outside our control.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ByteMind, SIA and its directors, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) EUR 50.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ByteMind, SIA from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your User Content, your use of the Service, your domain or proxy configuration, or your violation of these Terms or any third-party rights.

14. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. You may cancel a paid subscription through the billing portal. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay applicable fees, or if continued provision poses legal or security risk.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. We may delete account and project data after a reasonable retention period, except where we are required to retain information by law.

15. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read it.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Latvia, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will post the updated Terms on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Where appropriate, we may also notify you by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
